IBIS offers electric deck ovens PKE with a baking surface ranging from 7.7 m2 to 18 m2. Temperature controllers fitted in the lower and upper parts of the baking chamber ensure independent temperature control in each chamber or section of it. Moreover, each baking chamber is equipped with an independent baking time adjuster. Those features make it possible to bake different products at the same time.
